B2G Invoicing v8.2 | EKAPY

New Requirements for B2G Electronic Invoicing from EKAPY#

Regarding the EKAPY announcement and Greek B2G Electronic Invoicing Format v8.2 (PEPPOL BIS 3.0 CIUS page:160), suppliers transacting with the National Central Healthcare Procurement Authority must correctly complete the mandatory fields BT-44, BT-10, BT-160, and BT-161, following the specified instructions and deadlines.

Deadline: 31/01/2026#

1.
Field BT-44 (CounterParty.RegisteredName) Must be populated with the exact legal name:
"ΕΘΝΙΚΗ ΚΕΝΤΡΙΚΗ ΑΡΧΗ ΠΡΟΜΗΘΕΙΩΝ ΥΓΕΙΑΣ"
2.
Field BT-10 (B2GDetails.buyerReference) Must be populated according to the invoiceTypeCode:
Debit documents [ invoiceTypeCode: 1.1, 1.6, 2.1, 2.4 ] Accepted values:
PHARMA, YLIKA, SERVICES, OTHERS
Credit documents [ invoiceTypeCode: 5.1, 5.2 ] Accepted values:
RETURN, VALUE, CONFDISC, REBATE, CLAWBACK

Fields BT-160 & BT-161 (Details.CustomFields)
These fields correspond to the JSON property Details.CustomFields[], which is an array of objects nested within each Details object. Each CustomFields object contains metadata for custom attributes representing the itemPropertyList (BT-160 & BT-161).
Structure Requirements, each object in the array must contain:
Rules:
For each order there must be exactly two objects: one withcode:"BT-160"(label) and one withcode:"BT-161"(value)
orderincrements sequentially for each label-value pair
Required fields include:barcode,Κωδικός Ε.Ο.Φ.(National Organization for Medicines code), andΜοναδικός Κωδικός Προϊόντος(Unique Product/Material/Equipment Code from Material Registry orΚωδικός EMDN)
